Introduction

For nearly four decades, helping postal employees has been more than a profession for our family. It has been a commitment.

My dad, Randy, began his career in the insurance industry nearly 40 years ago and, for the past 35+ years, has focused almost exclusively on serving postal employees. Throughout that time, he has built lasting relationships with clients by being available when they need help, providing personal service, and making sure they have someone they can count on long after a policy is issued.

My name is David, and after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Supervision & Management, I wasn’t entirely sure what career path I wanted to pursue. My dad had always left the door open for me to join him in the business, so I decided to give it a try. What started as an opportunity to learn the insurance industry has grown into a career that I genuinely enjoy, and I’m now approaching my third year helping postal employees protect themselves and their families.

Today, we continue working together, meeting with postal employees throughout Florida while also serving clients across the country. Together, we combine decades of experience with a modern approach to education and service.

We specialize in supplemental insurance, including disability, accident, critical illness, and life insurance designed to help protect postal employees and their families.

Why I Created Postal Plans

As I began working with postal employees, I noticed that more and more people were looking for insurance information online before ever speaking with an agent. They wanted to research their options, understand how different types of coverage worked, and decide who they could trust before picking up the phone.

I created Postal Plans to meet people where they are. My goal was to build a place where postal employees could find straightforward, educational information, learn at their own pace, and reach out whenever they were ready to have a conversation.

For me, Postal Plans is more than just a website. It’s something I’ve built from the ground up and continue to improve every day. Whether I’m creating educational content, improving the website, or speaking with clients, my goal is always the same: to help postal employees better understand their options and make informed decisions about protecting themselves and their families.

While you’ll see the Postal Plans name throughout this website, insurance services are provided through Bristowe Insurance Group, Inc. in association with FedPlans. This allows me to combine the personal attention of working directly with one agent while also benefiting from the knowledge, experience, and support of an established insurance organization.

Whether we’re meeting with postal employees in person or assisting clients across the country, our goal remains the same: to provide honest guidance, dependable service, and long-term support before, during, and after you become a client.
